The texture is very soft and manageable.so far I haven't encountered a situation where the hair has become tangle or hard to manage. The weave are still in tack. There is some shedding but not much to alarmed or be concern. I am over content with the product and most of all the person I spoke to in regards to what I wanted. she was very helpful and knew how to go about pleasing me. I will definitely be buying more hair in the near future.. Thank you.!

I must confirm that, I like the products I received, but the unfortunately bob hair is Not human hair as claiming to be, next time be more clear with customers. the specific time of delivery wasn't what it's meant to be, it's took us more than than 1 months instead of the 10 days maximum to get the products via FedEx. customer service was good.
